Umer Vision offers custom website development services. Project scope, delivery date and price are agreed in writing on WhatsApp or email before work begins.
50% advance payment is required to start the project. The remaining 50% is paid before the website goes live on your domain. Full advance customers receive an additional discount.
Delivery time starts the day advance payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is 5 working days for the Starter plan and 7 working days for the Pro plan.
If the delivery is late beyond the agreed date due to our fault, you are entitled to a 10% refund of the total project price. This is the only refund offered.
2 revisions are included with the Starter plan and 4 with the Pro plan. Additional revisions can be added at a small extra cost.
Once the project is fully paid, the website and code belong 100% to the client.
